What to expect in  Breathwork Journey...

In this style of Breathwork you'll be guided on a journey through the nervous system using the breath as your guide. As you engage in this practice, the body may move from states of activation, where you may feel energy, intensity or emotional release- towards deeper states of regulation and rest.

This practice allows you to safely explore hoe stress, tension and emotions are stored in the body, while gently guiding the nervous system back into balance. Breathwork journeys end with grounding and integration, leaving you with a greater sense of clarity, calm and resilience.
