"Before coaching, I often felt emotionally unregulated and struggled to manage anxiety. I was stuck in unhealthy patterns, including emotional eating and having a poor body image. I didn't feel very grounded in myself and found it hard to cope day to day.


Through coaching, I experienced a real shift. I learned how to regulate my emotions using somatic tools like breathwork, and journalling became something that really helped me process how I was feeling. I also learned how to challenge my thoughts, especially the negative ones that used to take over.
Now I feel much more connected to myself and more positive overall. Day to day, I appreciate what my body does for me rather than criticising it, and I feel calmer and more in control.


One of my biggest wins has been taking action in ways I couldn't before like joining a new gym, which once felt overwhelming. 

Overall, I feel more balanced, more confident, and more empowered in myself, which i couldn't do with Aoife!!"

"I have recently completed the programme able by aoife. I never thought I would enrol in such a course but when I read what the programme contained I thought I could give it a go. There were a few areas in my life that I had always been concerned with. I have a very sweet tooth and consumed large amounts of sweets, chocolate and biscuits. I was becoming a bit of a couch potato and lacked motivation to go for walks and undertake sufficient exercise to keep me healthy. I didn't drink enough water and had got out of the habit of meditating which I had previously enjoyed and benefited from them. After completing the programme I have found that I am much more self disciplined. I can actually eat a little chocolate and have a biscuit without nearly finishing the whole packet. I have joined a dancing class and walk everyday. I make a point of always carrying water with me and I have reconnected with meditation which I practice for 10 minutes every morning. Aoife has provided a set of tools and strategies that have helped me to empower myself in personal transformation and resilience."

"I was nervous before starting the Able program because I have never done a 12 week gym related program before and didn’t think I would be able to stick with it. I decided to join to give myself a challenge and explore the mental and psychological aspects of how everyday life can affect your mindset as well as wanting to set myself a goal with being consistent in the gym and overcome my gym anxiety which is something I have struggled with over the past few years. I have had set backs throughout the program due to an injury which prevented me from being able to train and I didn’t believe I would be able to stick with it but I’m very proud of myself for pushing past that barrier and proving myself wrong with Aoife’s ongoing support. “I had the most amazing experience at my session. I was habouring alot of feelings, and to be honest, was a little nervous on what I would be doing or would get out of the session, so i went in with no expectations.

I was immediately put at ease with Aoife, explaining every part of the session, what I would be doing and how the session would flow. The room, music, and atmosphere was calming, comfortable and i felt at ease immediately. I felt fully supported as Aoife guided me the whole way through.

I had a profound experience during the session, and went through all the emotions, I found it hard at the start to let go of some emotions, but listening and trusting Aoifes calming voice, I was able to let go and release.

After the session was finished and we talked through my experience, the way I would describe feeling after the session, would be feeling light and feeling new.

I definitely walked out a different person than I was to the person who walked in.

It was an amazing experience and I can not wait to have more sessions with Aoife”.

"I had no idea what to expect walking into the breath-work room but I had the most amazing experience.

Feeling how my body reacted during this from tingling to stiffness in wrists to then visually seeing things and colours was amazing, I definitely didn’t expect all that from a particular way of breathing to open the mind.

Aoife was amazing from the minute we started, very reassuring the whole way through talking me through everything before, during and after. She had the space self up perfectly, very calming and relaxing.

Afterwards while we were talking through what I felt and seen I definitely felt a weight come off my chest, I felt a lot lighter and clear minded and had a lot to reflect on and think about.

I would definitely want to experience this again and would recommend Aoife to anyone looking to experience this as I did!"

"Aoife's energy and presence felt safe, supportive and calming. I instantly felt like I could trust her to guide me. The session felt so complete from the movement and embodiment practice at the start to the calming drop in meditation to the beautiful guided visualization/meditation during integration.

 "I completed a breath works session with Aoife on Saturday 30th July 2025. I didn’t know what to expect when I first heard about these
sessions, but Aoife provided me with full details of what to expect, and what I would require before taking part. Aoife was calm, clear and concise during the session. She made sure I knew exactly what to do and explained some of the responses my body could have in response to the session prior to beginning. The session itself was brilliant. 

I felt relaxed and calm. I reacted in ways that I didn’t think my body was capable of. This has helped me all week to center myself and remind myself to stay calm when feeling stressed. I suffer from anxiety and this session really helped me in terms of the reactions I usually have. I could not recommend Aoife, or these sessions enough. Aoife had a lovely meditation script and it really complemented the breathwork making it a nice finishing touch before coming back into our bodies.
